Highway is the country's economic construction of a major infrastructure, especially in the asphalt pavement in China's highway mileage of a large proportion. In the great achievements have been made at the same time, we should also clearly understand that as the road repeatedly to bear load factors and natural destruction, the main asphalt concrete pavement damage patterns are:â‘ cracks, including horizontal cracks, longitudinal cracks, reflective cracking and splitting network;â‘¡deformation, including rutting, pushing;â‘¢damage to the surface,including oil bleeding, polished;â‘£water damage,including loose, hole, betty pulp, cracks is a major form of damage.So how to prevent disease and slow down the emergence of it in high-grade highway in China has attracted the close attention of road workers. However, we usually taken measures of maintenance after the road is damaged, it relatively easy to identify and determine the timing of maintenance, but preventive maintenance on roads is still in a good position to take conservation measures, which making preventive maintenance time facing a difficult problem.In order to ensure the effective use of the road, it is need to in-depth analysis of trends in road damage on the basis of their timely preventive conservation.Firstly, the main aggregate gap-filling method with the design, then under unconfined compressive strength test, test optimization rebound modulus graded, and then determine the best oilstone ratio is 4.1% by the use of Marshall test.Through the analyses of trabecular fatigue bending test data ,getting big grain diameter asphalts weary disintegration trend and characteristic, and also getting the life-span equation of strain and pertinent weary effect number of times, and carr reality according to influencing factor is amended.
