In the process of building the high-speed rail contact network safety assessment system and the scientific maintenance system,the traditional real-time database system used in the railway industry has been unable to meet the processing requirements of massive real-time data in the online monitoring of contact network status.In order to solve the existing problems,this paper analyzes the application scenarios and requirements of the online monitoring system of the contact network in detail,and combines the relevant theories and technologies of distributed systems and real-time databases to design a distributed real-time database system architecture and service model for on-line monitoring of the contact network.Through the research of distributed cache,distributed message queue,distributed historical data storage and other mechanisms to improve the system’s scalability,real-time performance and reliability.The specific research results are as follows:(1)Analyze the problems of the traditional real-time database in railway industry and the actual requirements of the online monitoring system of the contact network.Designed the architecture and service model of the system.The master–slave node election strategy based on Raft with load evaluation is proposed to select reliable node under unbalanced load.(2)According to the real-time characteristics of the distributed realtime database system,the local cache queue and the distributed message queue are designed to improve the processing capability and data disaster tolerance of the system in high-concurrency and large data scenarios.A distributed data caching system based on Redis is proposed to meet the real-time query requirements of massive real-time data.(3)Aiming at the demand of massive historical data storage and fast query,a massive historical data storage service based on OpenTSDB is designed.The introduction of Elasticsearch search engine solves the problem that OpenTSDB is inefficient in multi-condition combination query.A series of tests in the laboratory environment show that the contact network online monitoring real-time database system proposed in this paper has achieved the predetermined design goals and verified its functions through actual cases.
