With the implementation of the "One Belt and One Way" national strategy,internationalization has become an important strategic opportunity for Chinese enterprises.Sichuan Changhong,as an important enterprise in the field of home appliances,has been exploring global market for nearly 20 years.Its internationalization process is of great theoretical and practical significance in the future.As a company based on emerging market,how to overcome the disadvantages,smoothly enter the host country market with sustainable development and growth is worth research.This paper takes Changhong's internationalization in the U.S.,Indonesia and Europe as the research object,uses LLL theory,social network theory and dynamic capability theory to explain its internationalization process,studies how Changhong connects with the host market,establishes social network,leverages resources and releases dynamic energy.This paper introduces the background of Changhong's internationalization at first,and then clarifies that the internationalization process of Changhong conforms to LLL theory.Secondly,the paper studies on the internationalization process of Changhong in the United States,Indonesia and Europe respectively.The research finds that the internationalization achievements of Changhong in the above three markets are quite different.Thirdly,combining LLL theory,social network theory and dynamic capability theory,this paper compares and analyzes the internationalization process of Changhong in the three markets,and finds that the reasons for the different development degree of the three markets lie in the different process of establishing links,leveraging resources and enterprises learning,and gives specific reasons and suggestions.Finally,it gives the explanation and answer to the differences of Sichuan Changhong globalization in the said three markets.
