| With the deepening development of market economy,it has been the mainstream of the roadway market to contract highway engineering construction project by bidding.Whether the roadway construction enterprises can consolidate and develop in the market,the key lies in whether enterprise can reasonably reduce the project cost and obtain certain economic benefits at the same time,and provide qualified roadway engineering for the society.Roadway construction enterprises have to control a lot of content in the project cost control and management,including material cost,management cost,equipment cost,labor cost and other direct costs,if we control these costs well,management will be effective.The main research object of this paper is the cost control of project cost management.We can combine the cost control theory and AC project actual situation by predicting and analyzing the cost control work of the AC roadway construction.We can use the relevant concepts and methods of project cost control,track and investigate the cost control situation of AC roadway construction project in the actual management to control all aspects of the AC roadway construction project comprehensively which affect the project cost.Due to the AC roadway construction project belongs to roadway overhaul project,the money involved more and time is longer than other objects,so we divide the process into two stages: bidding stage and construction stage.And use the earned value method in the construction phase to analyze cost control of construction enterprises in detail.After analyzing and researching,we can find out the problems existing in the work at each stage of AC highway construction project and get the suggestions to solve it.Properly solve the various problems occurred in different stages of the project,so as to improve the level and quality of the cost control of construction unit,reduce the engineering cost,improve the benefit of the enterprise,and ensure that the project can proceed smoothly. |
