A Study On The Project Cost Management Of Higher Level Highway Rehabilitation

With the rapid development of higher level highway engineering, rehabilitation of highway construction enterprises become the important project. Cost management is an important core constituent of highway construction. cost management of highway construction is the most concerned question by highway construction enterprise, which is the key issue that whether the project can lower the cost and gain benefits or not. This paper fixed theory and practice basis for the project cost management of higher level highway rehabilitation, promote the project cost management to scientific development.In the first part of the thesis, the study goal and the background have been introduced; the study thoughts and the framework have been demonstrated synoptically. In the second part, the theory and research status of the project cost management have been introduced, this paper analyzes developing condition of our country's higher level highway rehabilitation project cost management and further elaborates the problem in the higher level highway rehabilitation project cost management. In the third part, this paper puts forward improvement and points out possessing the view of modern cost management, selecting advanced and scientific cost management method and effective cost management system can make it implied well. In the fourth part, combining the present case, this paper summarizes the project cost management of higher level highway rehabilitation. The result of the research can provide reference for the cost management in higher level highway rehabilitation.
