A Study On Project Cost Management For Project No.09 Of YW Highway Road

Under the conditions of standard market, the most important competition mean of construction companies called low-cost. At the same time, effective management towards the cost of project the guarantee of the project of enterprises, and, of course it also directly effect the economic benefit of enterprises. Therefore, strengthen the management of project cost management seems extremely important no matter in the aspect of theory or in the aspect of practice. Due to the lack of dynamic tracking management and effective whole process management of old mode project cost management in the past, and inappropriate plan, control and correct of project cost management, all of the above influence the well realized of each kind of management function. So I hoping this paper which based on the study of the ways and measures of cost management of construction of YW road could provide scientific and effective guide and reference for other construction project in the future.In the first place, this paper introduce the purpose and significance, content of the research, methods of the research and the techniques of this paper. Then in order to let the reader have an intuitive understanding about the gap between us and foreign counties in both aspects of theory and practice, labor rated domestic and international research and related literature associated with the project costs management. Then labor rated the theory and method of project cost management, which includes the concept of project cost management, characteristics and content of job. Besides these, this paper also analyzes the factors which affects the cost of project, and judge degree of each kind of factor depends on sensitivity analysis. Finally, I use the mode which called whole process cost management on the supervisor of cost. In this paper, I use YW road as a case combining theory with practice in order to study the whole process cost management. After analyzing the existing problems of YW road project, I will take reasonable steps in order to improve it, and hoping these will give certain degree of guidance and reference for other project cost management.
