| Due to energy and environmental pollution issues are highly valued,energy conservation and emissions reduction will be the way of enterprise survival and the development in the future.The automotive industry is the same,so the development of new energy vehicles will be the inevitable trend of future development.Wheel Drive Electric Vehicle,as one of the new energy automobile,has a simple drive system,high energy transfer efficiency,zero emission of the waste,which is highly regarded and valued.Therefore,the wheel drive electric vehicles will become the mainstream of future research and development of new energy vehicles.However,the existence of hub drive motors not only produces a vertical excitation force,but also increases the mass of the vehicle under the spring,This leads to lower ride comfort and lower vehicle safety for Passengers.In this article,the National Natural Science Foundation of China(Grant No.51575001),’Research on Vertical Electromechanical-coupling Vibration Mechanism and Its SuppressionMethod of Electric Vehicle Driven by in-wheel Motor’as the basis,the study is as follows.(1)Analysis of permanent magnet brushless synchronous motor and the reason of the vertical vibration force by establishing the mathematical model,the magnetic field between the rotor and the working condition of motor in different degrees under the vertical vibration force,for the following research motor vibration force on the effect of vehicle vertical vibration groundwork;Using MATLAB/Simulink software to build B road model,the grade B road waveform curve fitting.(2)Established a wheel drive electric cars 1/4 suspension vertical vibration system,reserching the spring quality increase the influence of the three evaluation parameters(vehicle vertical acceleration,dynamic load between wheel and ground,suspension spring dynamic deflection)amplitude frequency characteristics,the root mean square value of spectrum and the mean square value;The coupling of the road incentive and the motor excitation force is applied to the one-fourth suspension system of the wheel drive electric vehicle,and the effect of the motor excitation force on the vibration characteristics of the vehicle is studied.(3)Using multi-stage vibration isolation and active vibration absorption principle,designed two new type vibration wheel drive electric cars 1/4 suspension structure model,the corresponding dynamic model is set up according to the structure of the model.The model is simulated and the results are compared and analyzed.A vibration reduction scheme,which is good and easy to implement,is used as a hub drive electric car to drive down the vibration system.(4)Designed a new type damping electric wheel drive,power transmission path and the basic structure and based on the idea of integration of new 3D model of the vibration type electric wheel.In order to guarantee the safety and reliability of the new type of vibration type electric wheel under operating condition,the main force parts and assembly bodies were analyzed by finite element.Finally,the dynamic simulation experiment was carried out by using ADAMS software,and the results were compared with the theoretical analysis results. |
