Based On The "Evidence-based Design" The Nursing Home In Tian Jin The External Environment Of Barrier-free Design Research

As an increasing number of elderly population,population aging trend is more obvious,the pension problem has become a national cheng is the important subject to be solved.As one of the institutions endowment nursing home,is an important part to solve the problem of our country endowment,since the Beijing Olympic Games and paralympic games held in our country the nursing home external environment barrier-free design has obtained certain achievements,but there is still a barrier-free design lack of pertinence,barrier-free study lack of quantitative indicators,barrier-free facilities described problems such as insufficient.Based on the above background,the research of evidence-based design as the main method,with the elderly as the main research object,based on the research of the nursing home landscape barrier-free design,summed up the barrier-free environment design principles and methods suitable for the old people’s needs.This study first introduced the related background,customs clearance related research status at home and abroad,from a different perspective to determine the purpose of this study and the significance,then to study the related theory of evidence-based design,summarized the practice of evidence-based design process,and expounds the core and key points of evidence-based design,i.e.,the user needs,the best evidence,professional knowledge,a clear based on the theory of evidence-based nursing main points of the external environment barrier-free design: first,evidence-based research base-the elderly nursing home characteristics and requirements.By sociology of geriatric medicine,psychology of aging,older,more domains such as human ergonomics research as well as household surveys,summarizes the elderly physiological,psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics in the elderly,the demand for external space environment of the nursing home and external environment of barrier-free evidence-based nursing home design goal: design a security for the elderly,easy identification,accessibility,communication barrier-free environment.Second,the evidence-based practice-domestic nursing home external environment barrier-free design research.Demand for the elderly to external environment space,find the problems existing in the nursing home in our country,from the identification level of barrier-free environment factor,vertical,terrain,road traffic,landscape facilities,plant greening level,the target of evidence-based,summarizes its characteristics,seek the basis to solve the problem;Finally,evidence-based summary-based on evidence-based nursing home the external environment of barrier-free design research design.Based on the content of the first few chapters of "evidence",from the perspectives of establishing safety,easy to identification,accessibility,can contact several levels to summarize the nursing home external environment barrier-free design principles and methods.
