The tight-loaded seat belt is now the main seat belt in the seat belt market,which can effectively reduce the damage of the occupants in the event of an accident.When using this seat belt,when a car crashes and the occupant has not moved forward,it will first tighten the webbing and immediately tie the occupant tightly to the seat,and when the occupant is physically stressed to reach the set value The force-limiting shaft immediately starts to function and the retractor releases the webbing to maintain a constant pressure value to the human body,thereby avoiding the damage caused by the rise of the normal seat belt pressure value.Household cars with a vehicle price of more than 100,000 yuan are basically equipped with such seat belts in the front row.In order to improve and improve the performance of automobile seat belts,this paper studies the design technology of the new tight-restricted seat belts.The main contributions are:1.Summarize and analyze the domestic and foreign technical research status of pre-tensioned force belts,summarize the characteristics and classification of such safety belts,and explain the background and significance of this research.2.The three preloading device principles and structural schemes of the tightly-restricted seat belts are proposed and analyzed and compared,and the seat belt pretensioning device scheme adapted to the existing market development is determined.The internal structure of the mandrel is coordinated based on the modeling of the three-dimensional assembly structure of Catia to achieve the product limitation and purpose;the overall scheme of preloading the force-reducing seat belt is designed by Catia part modeling,and the parts are designed and coordinated in detail..3.Through the theoretical analysis and design calculation of the seat belt,the designed seat belt meets the relevant performance requirements of GB14166-2013.The MADYMO software was used to analyze the key components in the seat belt system to ensure the safety and reliability of the seat belt structure.4.Comb out the relevant performance indicators of the pre-tightening force-limiting seat belt,clarify the corresponding technical specifications,design the assembly process flow of the pre-tightening force-limiting seat belt,and design the corresponding assembly auxiliary tooling for its key points and key processes.And the rational arrangement of its assembly station,completed the pre-tightening force-type seat belt test program.5,Trial production of tight-loaded seat belt prototype,prepared its test specifications,produced test fixtures and commissioned them,completed the pre-tightening force belt performance test,and tightened force-safe The belt was tested for collision characteristics.The experimental results show that the pre-tightened force-reducing seat belt designed in this paper can better meet the relevant performance requirements and pre-tightening force,force limit value and pre-tightening requirement in GB14166-2013.
