As an important part of automobile passive safety precautions,automobile safety belt has the characteristics of simplicity,economy and good protection effect and is widely used in automobile industry.The performance of automobile safety belt directly affects the personal safety of drivers and passengers.It is therefore necessary to test the performance of automobile safety belt,which is also a national mandatory requirement.As the development of domestic automobile safety technology is relatively late,a mature management system for the performance testing of automobile safety belt currently has not been established.There is a great deal of waste and non-standardization in all aspects of the testing process,including personnel,machines,materials,methods and the environment,resulting in inefficient testing and poor supervision of testing quality in the laboratory.In this thesis,value stream analysis method is investigated,then the current information(process testing information,sample flow,information flow and personnel flow)of automobile safety belt performance test is statistically analyzed and the current value stream of the automobile safety belt performance test is mapped.Based on the value stream status map,operational analysis and action analysis of each inspection process were carried out,and the causes of waste were identified,and improvement directions and goals were proposed based on the principle of lean production.A balanced configuration of the testing process was carried out,including the establishment of a continuous flow testing unit and a supermarket of samples to be tested,the adoption of billboard which manage the “pull testing” method,and finally a value stream future map for automobile safety belt performance testing is formed,and an implementation plan is developed.At the same time,based on the lean production technology system,a value-added system for automobile safety belt performance testing is established.And implements of lean testing of vehicle seat belt performance is developed based on the value-added system and the value stream future map "pull testing" model,including the establishment of a comprehensive quality error prevention system,implementation of 6S management,low-cost automation transformation,reasonable layout of the equipment,rapid changeover,multi-competent staff and standardized operations.The final result is a balanced test of automobile safety belt performance,reduction of samples to be tested and improvement of the testing efficiency and quality.This study has certain reference value to optimize the process of automobile safety belt performance testing,realize balanced testing,and improve the testing efficiency and quality.
