The seat belt is the most commonly used and passive safety system for modern vehicles,helicopters and armored vehicles.Its reel and lock are the main components of the seat belt assembly.The main purpose of this study is to design and study the occupant safety belts of armored vehicles according to the driving characteristics of armored vehicles,to protect the occupant safety and reduce the occupant injury index to the maximum effect.Through the study of the design of self locking mechanism,the safety belt products have a stage type pulling and locking function,that is,the crew can all pull out or exceed their wear length to pull out the reel tape.After wearing,the reel tape is self rewinding.At this time,the crew re pull the ribbon without Fala,and the seat belt is in the state of lock.The seat belt,which is fixed on the seat,shackles the crew on the seat to protect the safety of the occupants of the armored vehicle in the running.At the same time,by adding a luminous recognition system and other modules,the flexible combination realizes the multi-function and multi purpose of the product.Armored vehicle occupants,as the main members of the army operations,have a direct relationship with the comfort and safety of the driving seat and the worn seat belt.At present,most tanks only have seats,and they are not equipped with corresponding safety belts.Therefore,it is of great practical military significance and economic value to develop a new tank crew seat belt and improve the maneuverability of driving according to the human machine environment system engineering theory of armored vehicle.This paper analyzes the influence of vibration on the crew,puts forward the demand for the design of occupant safety belt,adopts two fixed and adjustable safety belt design,and obtains the system parameters of the safety belt through the establishment of the mathematical model.By the finite element analysis,the seat belt has enough tensile strength,and through the bench test,the actual results are obtained.The interlocking performance of the interlocking seat belt.In the design and study of the self locking mechanism of the reel,this paper puts forward the key structure dimensions which must be controlled,and deduces the calculation formula between the key structure size and the self lock stop of the ribbon,and verifies the correctness of the design method through the test.In the design and research of luminous recognition device,a design scheme is proposed,and its theory is analyzed to verify the correctness of the design.The design and research of the luminous recognition system expands the functions and uses of the lock buckle,and provides technical and theoretical support for expanding the design and research of the civil automobile safety belt products and guiding the design and development of the future products.
