The rapid urbanization and industrialization in China's metropolises are and will continue to promote the transformation of the functions of their rural areas and the reconstruction of their space.Country become a multi-agent,multi-function,heterogeneity,mixture of space,as an agricultural production space and the attribute of rural residents living space increasingly weakened,as the characteristics of the urban residents' consumption space significantly enhanced,presents the transformation into a "productive space after" referred to in the western academic circles,the obvious trend of "rural consumption".At the same time,with the encouragement of national policies,urban capital entered rural areas in large Numbers and invested in industries or projects such as sightseeing agriculture,rural tourism,leisure vacation tourism and "second residence",which further accelerated the consumption shift of rural space and promoted the emergence of new consumption space type--"rurality" consumption space.It is different from rural residents as the main body of the traditional rural consumption space,mainly for urban residents,offers its own intrinsic or shows "country" as the object of consumption,in order to meet the rural tourists,urban relocation group main body and the way of life in the countryside landscape,agrestic breath elements such as imagination and expectation for the construction of logic,to maximize economic benefits for the development of guidance.This paper takes the "rurality" consumption space as the research object,takes the capital to the countryside as the research perspective and entry point,and takes the typical metropolitan area--the city circle of Xi 'an as the research sample area,to discuss the production process and effect of "rurality" consumption space under the influence of capital to the countryside.First of all,according to the production main body and the difference in the level of capital in space,"country" of Xi 'an city circle consumption space classification,can be divided into capital leading type,capital embedded with autogenic developmentoriented 3 class,focus on capital participation in the first two classes "rurality" consumption space number change were analyzed,and the metropolitan circle "country" the change of consumption pattern space probe,fully reflect the capital to the countryside in Xi 'an city circle level caused by space effect.Second,selected Ma Weiyi experience on the garden and the king village folk culture as the leading and capital embedded type "rurality" consumption of a typical case of the space,with the help of actor network theory to analyze its formation and evolution;By using qualitative research methods and all kinds of analytical drawings,the spatial effect of rural capital in micro level is depicted from two aspects of material space and social space.Finally,a planning strategy is proposed to deal with the trend of "rurality" consumption space production in metropolitan areas.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The "rurality" consumption space of Xi 'an metropolitan area has increased rapidly after 2010,and the degree of urban capital's participation in its production and reproduction has been significantly deepened since 2013.Overall,the change trend of its quantity and structure is greatly influenced by national policies,especially the implementation of policies to encourage capital to go to the countryside.(2)Due to the influence of rural capital,the freedom of location choice of "rurality" consumption space in Xi 'an metropolitan circle increased,and the dependence on resources and traffic arteries weakened.The agglomeration of the distribution of "rurality" consumption space and the trend of "northern expansion" are obvious.Therefore,the northern loess tableland forms the second high-density distribution area after the northern foothill of the mountains of Qinling.(3)The production of capital-oriented "rurality" consumption space follows the logic of stimulating,inducing and meeting consumer demand to maximize profits.In terms of Ma Weiyi folk culture experience garden case,the material production of the space,especially for the pursuit of "linear" commercial space length of the interface,the continuous update of landscape and architectural details,and on the basis of the guanzhong region culture to shape their own brand culture;The production of social space is mainly reflected in the relocalization of the social network of surrounding villagers under the change of livelihood mode,the capital party's discipline on the behavior mode of merchants and workers,as well as the strict compliance with the "domineering" management system and the business concept of "tourists first".(4)The production of capital embedded "rurality" consumption space is a dynamic reproduction process under the influence of multiple subjects and their spatial practice interaction and mixture.In the case of Shangwang village,the production of its material space is highlighted by the emergence of new spatial functions and forms after the intervention of capital,the implantation of the style of Jiangsu architectural culture other than local culture,the mixing and commercialization of diversified culture,and the strong constraint of administrative power.The production of social space is mainly reflected in the complexity of social relations and the acceleration of the disintegration of village communities,as well as the coexistence of village rules and regulations and enterprise management system.(5)The optimization of the overall pattern of "rurality" consumption space in the city circle of Xi 'an should take "south control,middle excellent,west advance and east expand" as the strategic direction.The development of capital-oriented and capital-embedded "rurality" consumption space not only requires foreign capital to quickly define its own orientation and improve its management system,but also needs the village collective or management organization to improve its spatial governance capability in a timely manner,and also needs different spatial production subjects to strengthen interaction and coordination.
