In recent decades,China's economy has made tremendous progress,and the transportation industry has also developed by leaps and bounds.However,safety accidents occur frequently in the process of infrastructure construction,especially in the construction of bridges in mountainous areas.This is because the construction technology of bridge in mountainous area is complicated,the technical requirements are high,the construction is difficult and the environment in mountainous area is not conducive to the construction,so the safety problems in the construction are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,this paper proposes to study the problems of safety management and control of highway bridge construction in mountainous areas.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of this research,summarizes and analyses the research status of bridge construction safety management and control at home and abroad in mountainous areas,and then introduces some theories of bridge construction safety risk management,including the definition and measurement of risk,the theory of bridge construction safety risk management.The identification theory and the management and control theory are studied deeply for the safety management and control system of bridge construction in mountainous areas.Secondly,taking the construction safety management and control of A bridge as an example,the risk of construction management and control of A bridge is identified and analyzed,and the safety risk factors of A bridge construction stage are identified and scored by expert investigation method.SPSS 13.0 software is used to analyze the survey results,determine the risk factors of construction safety management and control of A bridge,and make a comparative analysis of construction safety of plain bridge and mountain bridge.Finally,a risk assessment model is established by Bayesian network method to evaluate the safety risk of A bridge in construction stage,and based on the assessment results,it is put forward.The management and control measures of personnel management,construction technology,material machinery and other risk factors are put forward.This paper discusses the shortcomings of bridge safety management and control system in mountainous areas in China,and summarizes the characteristics of bridge construction safety management and control in mountainous areas.Five major safety accidents which are prone to occur are taken as the focus of prevention and control,and their causes are analyzed and preventive measures are studied.In view of the current safety management and control problems in the construction process,a comprehensive and reasonable management and control system is established.The elements of the safety management and control system of mountain bridges are introduced,which can provide reference for the safety management and control of mountain bridges.
