Due to the difficulty and high risk factors of mountains struction,it has(?)ed more production accidents while bringing convenience.It has caused great loss of(?)erty and casualties to the society and the country.Aiming at the risk of expressway(?)uction in mountainous area,this paper,based on the Sanxi Expressway,conducts in-depth research through literature review,theoretical analysis,field investigation,expert(?)sultation,model construction,etc.,and it lays a certain theoretical foundation for risk(?)ol and safety early warning of mountains expressway construction.According to the theory of risk control,the risks existing in the construction process of(?)tains expressway are analyzed in depth.This paper applies safety checklist to identify the risks in the construction process of Sanxi high-speed.Based on the identification results,it is found that the main causes of production accidents are personnel factors and management(?)ors,while the secondary causes are equipment and facilities factors and natural factors.On the basis of LEC method,a LECT risk assessment model is established.Applying this model to the risk assessment of construction process,we found slope collapse,pavement cracking,(?)er leakage,tunnel collapse,tunnel entrance instahility,water inrush and mud gushing,(?)strike and electric shock are the key prev entive factors.Corresponding control measures are formulated to them,and good application result.s are obtained.On the basis of statistical analysis of tunnel collapse accidents,a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model is established.The safety assessment of the collapse risk of Baozicha Tunnel shows that the collapse risk of the tunnel is grade ?,which is consistent with the engineering practice,and confirms the good feasibility of the evaluation model.In order to ensure construction safety and achieving risk control and safety early waoning in construction process,safety early warning in construction process of mountain expressway is analyzed.Through screening and processing of safety early warning indicators,division of safety early warning threshold and construction of safety early warning model,a set of index system of construction safety early warning of mountain expressway is established.According to the system,a safety early warning system for expressway construction in mountainous area is developed by using Java and MySQL technology.The system has many functions,such as safety early warning,personnel management,equipment management,production accident management and emergency management.It realizes the informatization and networking of safety management,and plays a role of safety early warning for expressway construction in mountainous area.
