With the development of technology and the improvement of environmental awareness,the pneumatic system is used more and more widely.Pneumatic solenoid valve is an important part of pneumatic system and the response characteristics of pneumatic solenoid play a crucial role in the whole pneumatic system.Aiming at the requirement of measuring the response characteristic parameters of pneumatic solenoid valve,a comprehensive test system for response characteristics of pneumatic solenoid valve is designed on the basis of summarizing the testing methods and reference test standards of solenoid valve measurement system both at home and abroad.The measurement system combines sensor technology,embedded system,signal processing,error compensation technology and methods to solve the leakage response time,start-up pressure,maximum switching frequency and other electromagnetic valve response characteristic parameters measurement.In response to the deep analysis of the characteristics of the electromagnetic valve,flow field of the electromagnetic valve is analyzed using FLUENT software to obtain aerodynamic parameters which is difficult to obtain using the traditional formula.The mathematical model of the solenoid valve is set up to analyze the influence of the inlet pressure,the number of coil turns,the driving voltage and other parameters on the response characteristics of the solenoid valve.The software and hardware platform of the testing system of the response characteristic of the solenoid valve is built.The hardware system consists of a gas circuit module,a signal acquisition module and a control module.The software system is used for data collection and processing,results display,and test reports.The response characteristic parameters of different types of solenoid valves are tested and the effects of action frequency and inlet pressure on the response characteristics of solenoid valves are analyzed.The test results show that the measured results are consistent with the simulation results.The test system of the solenoid valve is calibrated,and the system is evaluated through error analysis,sealing analysis,repeatability analysis and so on.The results show that the pressure control error of system is less than 1.25%FS,the pressure measurement error is less than 1%FS,the current measurement error is less than 0.3%FS,the time measurement error is less than 0.7ms,the response parameters of electromagnetic valve can be measured with this test system.
