As the most critical part of the gearbox remanufacturing process,the process and technology of the gearbox solenoid valve test is directly related to the quality of the remanufactured parts.The test system is based on data acquisition and processing technology and system control engineering technology,using multiple sensors to collect the relevant parameters of the target test solenoid valve,and using serial communication technology to achieve real-time data acquisition and transmission,on the basis of data processing with the upper computer software to curve display,in order to achieve the purpose of creating the test environment of the gearbox solenoid valve in a shorter time.The test system can simulate the actual working environment of the gearbox solenoid valve,and collect the data of the test hydraulic oil temperature,input and output pressure and flow rate of the solenoid valve to be tested while changing the control signal,and give an evaluation of the performance of the remanufactured solenoid valve by analyzing the I(control current)/P(oil pressure)curve of the control current of the solenoid valve to be tested and the pressure at the output.At present,this test system has completed the testing of batch transmission solenoid valves and reached the practical level.The specific research focus and work of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the working principle of gearbox solenoid valve test,the pressure and current at the input of the solenoid valve to be tested are controlled as the control target,and a multi-sensor-based gearbox solenoid valve test system bench is designed to simulate the actual working environment of the gearbox solenoid valve,and the hardware used in the lower computer data acquisition system is selected.(2)In order to improve the test accuracy,a composite digital filter based on sliding average filter and exponentially averaged first-order LPF is first used to process the collected sensor data,and then the deviation of the initial filter value from the real value is solved by the improved exponentially weighted sliding average filter.Meanwhile,in order to display the upper dynamic curve without distorting the data,the upper curve display method is selected by comparing the polynomial fitting method based on the least squares method and the method based on the third spline interpolation.Finally,the type of failure of the transmission solenoid valve is analyzed by the processed sensor data.In addition,the curve similarity analysis is assisted by calling the dynamic time regularization algorithm to calculate the regularization function corresponding to the minimum cumulative distance between the test curve and the standard curve,providing data-based performance analysis for the transmission solenoid valve test.(3)The overall functions of the upper computer software are determined through the project requirement analysis and built under the.Net Framework environment using Visual Studio development tools.The system uses WinForm interface,MVC architecture,multithreading and other technologies to develop the upper computer software,and uses MySQL database to provide data storage for the upper computer software.The following functional modules were designed according to the software functional requirements: test parameter configuration,serial communication and data reception,database module,key parameter curve display,curve similarity assisted analysis,and test report generation.(4)By testing the gearbox solenoid valve of JF015E-NH-slow speed regulator type to show the operation results of the upper computer software,the testing of the gearbox solenoid valve test system was completed by combining the system testing principle and fault introduction test,and the data acquisition and analysis functions of the gearbox solenoid valve remanufacturing test were verified.
