Research On The Improvement Of Procurement Process Of L Automobile Parts

With the rapid development of market economy,the automotive industry has been widely applied in everyone's life in recent years,and has become an indispensable necessity in everyone's life.In order to improve their ability to undertake projects,the automobile enterprises need to establish more effective procurement management process under the supply chain management.Procurement management is an important part of modern enterprise management,that is providing raw materials for the entire production and operation Department,and challenging traditional function management.It also provides a solid foundation for the rapid development of enterprises.Therefore,to promote the improvement of an enterprise procurement process has become the key point for the enterprise to obtain the market competitiveness.The procurement process includes three aspects: procurement organization structure,procurement business process and supplier management process.This paper is based on supply chain management theory research,through the existing procurement process of the actual situation of L Automobile parts enterprises analysis,collect existing problems in the procurement process through the method of questionnaire survey on the internal L auto parts enterprises,effective analysis and through the method of fishbone diagram of L Automobile parts enterprises in the procurement process in the organizational structure,procurement process and supplier management processes from the three aspects of the existing problems,the reasons are summed up,according to the above analysis result,and combined with the reference of L enterprises in Shanghai branch of procurement process experience,L Automobile parts enterprises procurement process engineering design,put forward the improvement scheme for L Automobile parts procurement process,and implementation and evaluation.According to studying the concept of supply chain management and combining the actual situation of purchasing process of L Automobile parts enterprises,this paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the procurement process,and gives the improvement plan of procurement process.The research content and process in this paper enrich the application research of purchasing management,and also have some reference significance for other auto parts manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,by improving the purchasing process of L Automobile parts,it can reduce the cost of product production and management,increase profits and enhance core competitiveness of enterprises,which is of practical significance.
