Research Of Cost Management On JC Company A Project

Along with the development of national economic and changes in the market environment,the economy globalization and rapid development of network technology are increasing fiercely in the international market.Many enterprises are faced with severe challenges in survival and developments.In recent years,with the advance of "going out" strategy and the Belt and Road Initiative,many enterprises have engaged into the international market,for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to charge forward.JC Company has prone to saturation in domestic market and accelerates the overseas market.It is very difficult to promote the project progress due to lack of knowledge and experience of cultural background,technical strength as well as the specification standards in oversea market in the process of project execution,and that leads to construction work cannot completed as scheduled,therefore,the logistics and management cost of the project rose,construction quality was poor as well.Furthermore,the international reputation of Chinese companies was affected.Base on above background,the author combines extensively working experience in JC Company by using theory of cost management,and disclose the existing problems thru analysis of current project cost management.This dissertation put forward improved solution on cost model,project cost estimates,project budget management and project cost controlling.And proposed to perfect organization system of project cost,to unite implementation staff,to use motivational techniques and strengthen project controlling etc.It looks forward through series of analysis and improvement not only to improve capabilities and competences of internal management for the company but also to improve the level of cost management.
