In 2017,Xi Jinping,general secretary during a visit to Beijing put forward "of urban construction is good,want to use to measure people's satisfaction","adhere to the city for the people,the people guided by Beijing residents the most concern of the" important thought.However,the proportion and satisfaction of slow traffic in Beijing is decreasing year by year.As the "golden card" of Beijing,the historical and cultural district also faces the difficulties of weak infrastructure and loss of street vitality.In view of the inadequacy of human-oriented evaluation on the slow running environment of Beijing historic district,this study puts forward the methods of public participation,slow running environment observation and slow running environment evaluation.Based on the methods of public participation,observation and evaluation,a multi-scale people-oriented observation and slow-moving environmental evaluation practice was carried out for Beijing dashilan district.This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of the slow moving environment of dapin block,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the slow moving environment of dapin block based on the existing experience at home and abroad.The first chapter "introduction" focuses on the background,purpose and significance of the study and the technical route of the study.In the second chapter,the related research and the progress of the environmental improvement strategy of slow motion at home and abroad are reviewed.In the third chapter,a multi-angle public participation method and a multi-scale environment observation and evaluation method are proposed.Public participation methods: efficiency-oriented street interview,quantityoriented public voting,demand-oriented inviting interview and individual-demandoriented role substitution;Slow environmental observation methods: street patrol method of block scale,panoramic scanning method of street scale,automatic detection method of section scale and behavior sketch method of facility scale;Slow environment evaluation method: based on block network slow environment evaluation,based on the slow street grid environment evaluation,based on the analysis of the composition of people slow way,based on the analysis of behavior sketch slow facilities.The fourth chapter,taking Beijing dashilan street as an example,conducts peopleoriented observation and slow-moving environmental practice at four scales of block,street,street section and facilities.Based on public participation,residents reported the most concentrated opinions: lack of energy,vehicle interference,road parking,poor lighting at night,poor sanitation and serious pavement damage.According to the six types of environmental problems concerned by the residents,the environment of the dapin block was evaluated through the observation and evaluation methods of the environment.Summarizes the dashilan street slow environmental problems,including the residents to participate in the evaluation of lack of motivation,a vigor of the five aspects of the lack of reason and problem,the streets of the environmental problems in five aspects,and slow facility present situation,and based on the practice,analyzes the method of public participation,slow environmental advantages and limitations.The fifth chapter,in view of the present situation of dashilan street slow problem,put forward the dashilan street slow environment optimization countermeasures,including: the slow priority design countermeasures public Spaces,parking improvement countermeasures,improve environmental improvement countermeasures,countermeasures and life street.
