A Study On The Spatial Evolution And Motivation Mechanism Of Rural Areas In Jinggangshan City

China is now at a critical stage to realize industrialization,informatization,urbanization,agricultural modernization,the economic,social,cultural,institutional and even natural environment in rural areas has undergone tremendous changes.They put forward new requirements for rural material space form and rural planning and construction.Due to the lack of research in rural areas in previous years,we have raised many problems in the field of rural space planning and construction.Therefore,it is very important to study the real situation of spatial evolution in rural areas and explore the dynamic mechanism behind it.This paper chooses the rural areas of Jinggangshan City,Jiangxi Province as the research object.This paper analyzes the spatial evolution process and dynamic mechanism of Jinggangshan rural areas since the founding of the People ’s Republic of China,using field research,literature review,case comparison and qualitative analysis.According to the characteristics of Jinggangshan area,the status quo of planning and the experience of rural planning and construction in various regions,the paper puts forward the planning idea and planning method,so as to provide some new ideas and feasible suggestions for rural space planning and construction in China.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter clarifies the research background,research significance,domestic and research content and methods,technical routes and the definition of the relevant concepts.The third chapter analyzes the domestic and foreign research trends and practical developments.The second chapter analyzes the basic situation of Jinggangshan rural areas and the distribution characteristics of villages.The fourth chapter elaborates the spatial evolution of rural areas in Jinggangshan city after the founding of the People’s Republic of China and analyzes the dynamic mechanism behind each stage of spatial evolution.It can be divided into four stages.The socialist transformation and stabilization recovery period from 1949 to 1978,it is mainly affected by natural factors,traditional social factors and socialist construction.The solid expansion from 1978-1992,the main influencing factors of the solid expansion period are the fertility peak of the 1950 s and 1960 s,the static urban-rural dual structure and the socio-economic development policy.The hollow expansion period from 1992-2005,it has a very complex dynamic mechanism.National development policies,urban and rural dual system,the improvement of the economic conditions of the villagers,the villagers’ ideas,poor planning and mismanagement have played an important role.The differentiation evolution period after 2005,it’s decided by the policy-oriented,institutional reform,the rise of emerging industries and the village itself.In the fifth chapter,the development of Jinggangshan rural area is forecasted,and the suitable planning idea and method are put forward.Finally,it is pointed out that the reform of village system,management promotion and industrial modernization are the necessary guarantee for planning and realization.Chapter 6 is the summary and prospect.
