| Nowadays,under the motive force of urbanization and new countryside construction,with large scale "relocation of villages","center village construction","rural tourism development",the space form of rural settlement carries on varying degrees of adjustment and reconstruction.Although the protection and renewal of traditional settlement is unprecedentedly active,it is undeniable that the majority of the ordinary countryside settlement’s inheritance and development has not attracted attention.In the succession process of the general rural settlements,the settlement boundaries are blindly expanding and the structure is disorderly.Meanwhile,the traditional houses with regional characteristics have been destructed and the new or reformed folk dwellings looks bad and rough.Therefore,solving the problem of the loss of rural settlement characteristics and exploring a new way which combines the continuation and sustainable development will be necessary.Jinggangshan is located in the center culture area of Jiangxi Province and also it is located at Tujia and Hakka folks intersection area.What is more,its rural settlements have universality and diversity characteristics.In this paper,taking Jinggangshan District rural settlements as the research object,using the "prototype-variant-rule" research strategy and content system,through the field investigation and typology,synchronic and diachronic combination of research methods,the analysis of the settlement pattern classification,explicit characteristics and historical evolution has been analysed.At the same time,from the form of settlement,structure order and public space,the evolvement characteristics of "prototype" and "variant" of Jinggangshan district rural settlements has been resolved.Meanwhile,the rules of the evolution of Jinggangshan district rural settlements have been summarized.Finally,the methods to inherit the architectural culture of rural settlements have been discussed and it is necessary to explore a way which is suitable for the transformation of rural settlements.Based on the survey results of in Jinggangshan district,the paper explores the future development of the village settlements.This study has the dual meaning of theory and reality,which has become an important part of Jinggangshan district settlements research,and enriches the research of the inheritance and evolvement of the spatial morphology of rural settlements as well.Besides,the research has responded to the plight of the evolution of rural settlements in contemporary society,so as to provide reference for the evolution and renewal in further research. |
