Study On The Visual Influence Factors Of Daylight Environment In Ancient Chinese Buddhism Architecture

The Chinese ancient architecture,which contains a profound historical implication and integrates both art and scientific value,is a precious heritage of the Chinese traditional culture.As a carrier of the culture and history,ancient architecture plays an irreplaceable role in promoting excellent traditional Chinese culture and strengthening the national sense of pride and cohesion.Daylight environment is a vital component of Chinese ancient architecture.It plays an important role in the creation of space atmosphere.However,few people have paid enough attention to it.Due to the ancient buildings were mostly wooden structures that easy to damage,with the weak protection consciousness,the extent of damage is even worse.Once some factors of the ancient architecture as well as its daylight environment changes,the eternal value and inherent charm will disappear.At present,the study of indoor daylight environment in Chinese ancient architecture is really scarce,let alone the research on visual influences of it.Aimed at the visual influence factors of the daylight environment in the ancient Chinese Buddhist buildings,field investigation and subjective evaluation were carried out in this paper.Based on the basis of previous studies,through the research on the visual perception factors,to extract the objective factors and indicators from the subjective factors,sum up the important visual influence factors of the indoor daylight environment,and take the typical Buddhist buildings in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for instance to further confirm the factors through qualitative and quantitative analysis.Finally,the weight coefficient of influence factors were studied through questionnaire survey,expert meetings etc.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The visual perception factors of the daylight environment in Chinese ancient Buddhist architecture mainly includes visual brightness,visual sense definition and visual comfort.The feelings of the visual psychology mainly includes stereoscopic sense,spatial sense,obscure sense and solemn sense.2.The visual influence factors of the daylight environment of Chinese ancient Buddhist buildings should at least include the distribution of daylight,the reflection object and surface,luminance contrast and luminance distribution in the visual field and indoor illumination distribution.3.The factor of distribution of daylight has the biggest weight.This paper mainly studies the daylight environment of Chinese ancient Buddhistarchitecture from the visual sense of people,including the interdisciplinary integration of architecture,history,psychology,visual physiology and so on.The conclusion is not only used from the view of making the past serve the present that can provide corresponding guidance for the renovation and construction of ancient buildings or antique building.It is important to create the visual daylight environment of modern architecture with the similar using function,protect the daylight environment of Chinese traditional building and develop the Chinese traditional light culture.
