The elevator drive system based on AC motor variable frequency speed control is more and more widely used,with the increasing number of high-rise buildings.The comfort and safety requirements of elevators are continuously improved.Subsequently,the elevator energy consumption has become a large power consumption,how to ensure the ride quality under the premise of improving elevator energy consumption level is more and more attention in the industry.As a result,the elevator frequency converters begin to develop in an intelligent way.The balance coefficient is closely related to the quality of the ride and the energy consumption of the elevator.It is important to design a proper balance coefficient to improve the quality of the ride and reduce the unnecessary power loss.However,due to the random uncertainty of the operating conditions of each elevator,the setting of equilibrium coefficient cannot be generalize.It is necessary to set a proper value according to the actual situation to improve the quality and energy consumption.Based on the in-depth study of relevant theories,this paper proposes a method of online detection balance coefficient based on intelligent inverter.In this paper,the module of the load-free on-line detection balance coefficient is designed based on elevator special frequency converter.This paper introduces the components of elevator traction system and its operation principle,and studying the influence of equilibrium coefficient on elevator traction ability.Definition of equilibrium coefficient according to national standard,analyzing its essential meaning deeply,building up the mathematical model.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various elevator balance test methods,calculating the the value of the output power of the motor through converted to the voltage,current and speed of the inverter in real time.To solve the dynamic equilibrium coefficient.The results obtained from the experimental method and the results obtained from the algorithm model are verified to verify its validity.
