With the rapid urbanization and people’s living standard constantly rising elevator becomes indispensable for us due to the increasing number of high-storey building in use. Passengers have been attentive more than ever to the safety of elevator use in daily life as accident of elevator shows no sign of curving down for many causes. It will increase the chance to accidents such as ‘hitting the ceiling” “colliding the bottom” if the coefficient of balance varies because of inner decoration of car or elevator counterweight loss etc which poses serious risk on passengers.Using the traditional method for detection of elevator balance coefficient requires the use of a large number of weights,The detection process is time-consuming and dangerous which makes it significant to develop a simple and fast detection method for coefficient of elevator inspection.Based upon the mathematical model of the three-phase asynchronous motor and the operating characteristics of the elevator the relation between elevator traction machine input parameters such as current voltage and output of traction is deduced under certain conditions establishing inspecting method for balance coefficient without using load and software hardware and sensor design..Developing three-phase asynchronous motor torque calculation method and inspecting method for input parameters of frequency converter.Using embedded system as a core clip-on current sensor as a current detecting element, and high speed parallel AD current analog digital conversion circuit completes sensor selection and the design of hardware circuit.Using speed measuring laser in a wide range and distance measuring sensor collecting elevator location information to proceed and analyze and code for the core processor, achieves coefficient of elevator inspection and comparing with traditional method by field experiment proves coefficient of elevator inspection with no load provides better performance.
