Research On The Construction And Design Strategy Of Medical Care Combined Pension Facilities In Beijing Area

From the relevant foreign cases and the two aspects of the social service facilities resources and the individual pension model,we can see that the promotion of medical care based pension service at the present stage is an effective strategy to solve the problem of the present aging.Through the demand survey and investigation of facilities and resources,quantitative statistical analysis method was used to quantify the demand weight of several major functional modules of the elderly group in Beijing area,and through the investigation of local medical facilities,the related facilities resources of local medical care integrated services were concluded.At the same time,from the perspective of the subject,from the construction of facilities,service content,space form,and other aspects of the establishment of related facilities system,establish the medical facilities system adapted to the characteristics of Beijing area,and match the operation mode,layout characteristics,scale capacity and other elements of such facilities with the spatial form,and further deduce the Beijing.The adaptability of facilities in different spatial level and spatial location is obtained,and the priority path of facilities construction under different spatial levels and districts is obtained.On this basis,the results of the demand weight quantification are used to guide the strategy research in the architectural design stage,and the construction strategies of the medical combined pension facilities in Beijing area are discussed from various aspects,such as facilities location,overall layout,function allocation and combination form,space design and so on.The conclusion is examined and corrected.From the system to the specific facilities design,the integration,dynamic and open system of integrated medical care facilities planning and design in Beijing area is formed,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the popularization of integrated medical care service and the construction of related facilities in Beijing.
