With the intensification of aging worldwide,China is one of the countries with the most severe aging.The rapid intensification of aging has brought about many social problems,and the aging of the population has become the focus of worldwide attention.The existing old-age care model can no longer meet the old-age care needs of today's social development.As a place for the elderly to provide services for the elderly,how to design changes to meet the increasing functional needs of the elderly has become a hot issue,and the combination of medical and nursing facilities has emerged.Whether it is home-based care,community-based care or institutional care,you can use the integrated medical and nursing model.The hospital-integrated model innovatively combines medical services and elderly care services to meet the needs of the elderly in their old age while adding medical auxiliary functions and nursing care functions Etc.,ending the long-standing contradiction between medical and nursing,and integrating the two functions to achieve the vision of the elderly in the old age.This article first determines the definition of related concepts,on this basis,combs the existing pension models in China,and summarizes the operating characteristics and design principles of each model.Summarize the changes in the physical and mental health of the elderly with age and the corresponding design points reflected in the design,and finally from the planning strategy,architectural design strategy,functional unit design strategy,detailed design strategy,regional external space design strategy five Relevant design strategies and design points are proposed.Based on the actual survey cases in Guangzhou area,this article analyzes the aging situation,pension policies,and pension service forms of the entire Guangzhou area at this stage,and focuses on selecting six pension facilities for field research,from location selection,spatial layout,layout and The four aspects of the external environment are summarized and analyzed to analyze the problems of the elderly care facilities in Guangzhou at the present stage and provide practical experience for the design strategy proposed below.Through the research in this article,I hope to provide meager help for the construction of new-type old-age care system in China in the future,provide theoretical basis for the design criteria of the combination of medical and nursing-type old-age care facilities,and enrich the design theory system...
