Brushless DC motor(BLDCM)and permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)have the advantages of large output torque,high power density,and good speed control performance,but they also have long production cycles and complicated testing.And other issues.The motor power stage simulator uses a power electronic virtual motor instead of a real motor to enable electrical power interaction with the drive.In order to solve the same motor power stage simulator,test the actual driver hardware circuit reliability or different motor control algorithms,this dissertation designed a BLDCM and PMSM universal power stage simulator,related work is as follows.Firstly,bilinear transformation method is used to derive the BLDCM and PMSM numerical models based on line voltage,including phase current model,back-EMF model,mechanical angular velocity model,electromagnetic torque model and rotor position model.Secondly,the structure design of general-purpose motor power stage simulator is given,including current source circuit,voltage detection circuit and resolving analog circuit.The influence of current source inductance on simulator phase current and inductor selection are analyzed.Thirdly,the control methods of virtual BLDCM and virtual PMSM are given.By constructing the virtual winding line voltage,different types of motor simulation can be completed without changing the current source inductance.Fourthly,a general-purpose motor power level simulator experimental system was built,and the virtual BLDCM and PMSM experiments were completed,which verified the feasibility of the universal motor power level simulator design.
