The key technique of three axis simulator is studied on this paper, and we test resolvement of key technique in field.Because the simulator require high frequence response, high precision, real time communication, at the the same time, it has non real time task. According to the above, the key technique can be summed as: the design and manufacturement of inner hydraulic motor, WINDOWS NT real time communication, low rate smooth rotate and so on. It is important to study and resolve the key technique for the whole project design.The paper study on digtal cotroll system of the simulator, construct its control model, give a way to expanse the control band theoretically, using position ring, rate ring, pressure ring conbine with pre-feedback. We test this way developed on Metlab Simulink realtime control system in the field test.The developing and control methods this paper used is very effective, which has been proved. These methods also should be a good reference for those who research the three-axis similator.
