With the continuous development of new energy technologies,electric vehicles will become the main direction of development of electric equipment,with chariot rapid response,high flexibility,strong flexibility and good concealment characteristics in combat,various countries have favored.However,based on full electric vehicle power supply fast charging,is still an urgent problem.In order to better play the role of all electric vehicles,improve the flexibility and concealment of all electric vehicles.All electric vehicles mainly powered lithium batteries for energy,so the design of a reasonable distribution program and fast charging technology is very important.According to the characteristics of all electric vehicle distribution,a fast power distribution scheme for battery replacement is presented.Fast charging design and variable speed balanced charge design for the battery module under the quick replacement of all electric vehicles.In order to realize the fast charging of each module,the digital controlled LLC is adopted to carry out the fast constant current constant voltage charging of the power lithium battery.And puts forward the design scheme of charging flyback converter based on ARM equilibrium,the external power supply are balanced charging strategy,the equilibrium strategies conducive to modular design,with rapid change of electricity demand.Based on the analysis of fast charging principle and equalization charging principle,the LLC series parallel resonant circuit and flyback converter circuit are simulated and verified.The flyback charging circuit,MOSFET driving circuit,voltage and current sampling circuit,power conversion circuit design completed the flyback equalization charging circuit hardware design,software design mainly includes encoding drive module,AD module and pulse waveform of PWM,encoding the CAN communication module and PID algorithm etc.module..Through the debugging test system,verify the feasibility of the design,to complete the preliminary design of power lithium battery equalization system,the experimental results show that the system can achieve a balanced transmission power lithium battery charging,and have better protection for power lithium battery.
