A Study On The Method And Measures For The Maintenance Of Cultural Building

According to International UNESCO's definition,heritage is “Assets that we are inherited from our ancestors which we live in it today,it should be succeeded to our descendants and origin of life and insights which cannot be replaced to any other not only natural heritages but also artifacts.The forms of heritages are unique and variety.It can be categorized as artifacts,natural heritages,complex heritages,crisis heritages according to its OUV(Outstanding Universal Value)To preserve and keep artifacts,it is necessary to re-understanding about artifacts.One of important spirits and ideologies is recognition of artifacts as ‘common heritage” of all the world.According to rule of “world artifacts and natural heritage protection treaty,it is stated that “Contracting states should fully respect the sovereignty of the country in which natural and cultural heritages are located.National legislative provisions and property rights must not be infringed at the same time they are recognized as part of the world's artifacts,so international society has cooperation responsibility to protect the world artifacts.Especially,cultural architecture is a cultural heritage of mankind and a common heritage in which the community respects its values.Therefore,it is a national responsibility that protecting artifacts and it is and important study subject that methods of maintenance and countermeasures of artifacts.Therefore this paper is a study about protection of cultural architectures as world common heritages and maintenance of damaged cultural architecture.In the case of cultural architecture need long time to maintenance and huge scale.Because of these facts,it needs lots of works and human power.In this study,researching about Korean cultural architecture maintenance outline and system as cultural architecture protection measures.They are researched and analyzed that Korean plan for cultural architectures protection and roles and types of items of maintenance and maintaining specialists.At last,based on the study of the cultural architecture repair system and the survey on actual repair cases,it analyzed the Korean cultural building repair system and the conservation procedures of doors,stone,wood,stone pagoda,and Hyeonpan.The government examined national regulatory legislation to consider measures to protect cultural and cultural buildings.Measures to protect cultural and cultural buildings were taken to address the damage caused by natural disasters in Korea and to enact a free legislation on artificial cultural crime.We examined national regulatory legislation to preserve building materials.Measures for protection of cultural and cultural structures were compared to investigate the protection measures for building products and repair cases for natural damages.The case of Sichuan Province in China is examined as an example of cultural architecture protections.Because of huge damage to cultural architectures of Sichuan Province due to 12-May-2008 Wonchuan great earthquake,based of the research and reports at the time,the restoration situation of architectures is surveyed.In conclusion,this paper concluded that the protection measures for the overview and damage of cultural architecture were taken,the case studies on the repair methods,and the implementation of the protection measures for cultural architecture by country,and the legal comparison between the port and port systems.
