Study On The Conceptual Design Of The Children's Stethoscope Based On Kansei Engineering

Children's medical products directly affect children's growth and their physical and mental health.Children's cognitive mechanism and behavior also determine the direction of product design.Kansei engineering is a new interdisciplinary subject oriented to consumer demand.Its development is also the trend of product design,and it is also a vital issue in the research of children's product design.At present,the market for children's medical products has a lot of space for development and improvement,so the user's perceptual demand is an extremely important factor in the design.This paper focuses on the concept design of stethoscope based on Kansei engineering.The purpose of this paper is to fill the blanks of the children's stethoscope products on the market,combine the physical and mental characteristics and emotional needs of children,apply the method of Kansei engineering to the design of the children's stethoscope,establish the relationship between the user's perceptual appeal and the characteristics of the product form,so as to promote the interaction between the doctors and patients,and reduce the sense of distance and the exclusion of the children.This paper mainly studies and practices from the following aspects:(1)Summarize and analyze the related theories of Kansei Engineering,and design the stethoscope for children based on this.Through the user investigation and sample analysis,the positioning and advantages and disadvantages of the design are analyzed,the design target is clearly defined,the function range of the children stethoscope is designed,and the scheme is proposed and optimized for the problems to be solved.(2)Analyze and study the cognitive mechanism of children's product innovation design,analyze the cognitive behavior of children,lay a theoretical foundation for the formation of the innovative scheme,and design the relevant elements of the children's stethoscope according to the behavior analysis of the doctors and patients.(3)Using the basic process of Kansei engineering to analyze the perceptual engineering realization method of the children stethoscope design,and design the related elements according to the simplified perceptual model,complete the whole design practice process of the children stethoscope.(4)The design practice of the children stethoscope based on Kansei engineering is carried out,and the Kansei engineering method model is applied to the design of the children stethoscope.The design development process of the preschool children is designed according to the results of perceptual measurement and perceptual evaluation.Finally complete the design of "CoCo" children stethoscope.
