| The trend of internationalization and standardization of modern manufacturing technology intensifies the problem of product homogeneity.Product modeling design has gradually become an important consideration in users’ consumption decision-making.How to meet the emotional needs of users and bring spiritual pleasure to users is the research trend of modern industrial design.Enterprises create products with differentiated characteristics through emotional design in order to win a larger market in the fierce competition.As the mainstream cutting machine in the industry,the research on the modeling design of water-jet cutting machine has positive practical significance for the development of the market.In the traditional product design process,the designer’s own understanding of product modeling determines the final effect of product design.Usually,designers will arrange research work for relevant users in the early stage of product design.However,due to the cognitive differences between different roles that can not be ignored,designers’ understanding and judgment of users’ needs have strong personal color,which is not conducive to accurately grasp users’ needs in design decision-making.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis puts forward the research on the modeling design of water-jet cutting machine based on Kansei Engineering,and tries to explore the mapping relationship between perceptual image and modeling design elements of water-jet cutting machine based on the perceptual needs of target user groups,so as to provide objective and reasonable guidance for product modeling design in the future.The research is mainly divided into five parts:(1)Summarize the modeling structure characteristics of water-jet cutting machine,and collect the perceptual needs of users through user investigation;(2)Classify the collected product samples in order to get the representative samples,and analyze and deconstruct the product modeling design elements in the sample library;(3)Collect perceptual vocabulary samples that meet the needs of users through interviews and research,text and data mining and literature research,then simplify and refine them;(4)Based on the results of perceptual measurement,the multiple linear regression analysis of perceptual image and design elements is carried out,the quantitative relationship between user needs,perceptual image and design elements is output,and the design suggestions of water-jet cutting machine are obtained;(5)Finally,the product design practice is carried out according to the obtained design suggestions,and the perceptual evaluation of the design scheme is carried out to verify the reliability of the research conclusion.The research results can provide effective and feasible ideas and methods for the modeling design of water-jet cutting machine,so as to provide guidance for the future product modeling design,improve the loyalty and satisfaction of users,and enhance the market competitiveness of brands. |
