Study On Traffic Organization Method During Urban Road Rapid Transformation

Through summarizing and summarizing the existing traffic organization methods,this paper analyzes the applicable conditions of various traffic management control measures combined with the rapid transformation of the traffic characteristics of the construction affected areas,and systematically puts forward a set of more complete,systematic and pertinent traffic organization ideas and methods during the construction of the crossing river channel.It is applied in the rapid transformation project of the North Road of the bridge.It provides theoretical guidance and scientific basis for the formulation,selection and optimization of the regional traffic organization plan for the rapid transformation of road construction,which is of great significance for the smooth road traffic and the convenience of the residents in the construction period.Taking into account the smooth flow of the entire road network in the affected area,a method for determining the scope of traffic organization in the period of rapid urban road reconstruction is put forward.This method determines the traffic organization scope of the construction period based on the double standard of total travel time change index and regional total travel time variation deviation.At the same time,the traffic organization measures in the construction period of urban road rapid transformation should first follow the principles of general traffic organization measures,and then according to the characteristics of construction traffic organization,this paper carries out traffic organization analysis from "work point" and "area" and "road network" respectively.There are many unsafe factors in the construction area.Not only to ensure the smooth construction of the construction,but also to ensure the traffic safety,the specific measures for the traffic organization in the section,the personnel and the vehicles in the construction area are analyzed,and the traffic organization measures are analyzed according to the night construction.The surrounding roads in the construction area are optimized to facilitate diversion and diversion.Combined with the rapid transformation of Nanjing Bridge North Road,on the basis of full consideration of various restrictions,surrounding environmental requirements,planning conditions and other factors,the traffic organization in the rapid transformation construction period of the bridge north road is designed on the basis of the rapid transformation of the North Road of the North Road of the bridge.
