With the transformation of China's economy,the adjustment of production structure and the further transfomation of the development mode,the enterprises which have high energy consumption,high pollution,overcapacity were merged,restructured,eliminated?Traditional coal,ore,building materials and other bulk cargo volume decreased significantly,while daily necessities,department stores,commodities and other consumer goods transport steadily,especially small size,high value,high efficiency,high value-added goods increase faster,the transit period of the goods becomes a major consideration for the customer,in this case,how to ensure the transit period of the goods has become the key to the railway to maintain the competitiveness in freight market.In recent years,China's high-speed railway is developing rapidly,especially with the high-speed railway parallel to the existing busy lines(such as the Beijing-Shanghai,Long-Hai,Beijing-Guangzhou,Beijing-Harbin,etc.)have opened operations,this has greatly relieved the tight transport capacity of these busy lines,releasing the existing line of passenger trains in possession of the transport capacity of freight trains,provide the basic conditions for railway to development of special products.In this context,this article mainly discusses how to ensure the transit period of freight.Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign railway transportation organization.this paper summarizes the problems existing in China's railway freight transport organization and puts forward the solution according to the problem.Then,the definition,influencing factors and calculation methods of the transit period are analyzed and described,then introducing the planning transport organization model and cargo transport organization throughout the service concept based on transit period,and the cargo transportation organization products are designed,through the analysis of the whole process of transport of goods,calculating the transit period for different types of trains,for the reference to the scope of transit period.On this basis,the total consumption of all trains in the process of loading,unloading and transporting is the minimum target,to meet the requirement of the expiry date of the goods,the uniqueness of the traffic organization and the ability of loading and unloading of the technical station,The 0-1 nonlinear optimization model of the cargo train marshalling plan is constructed.Finally,the corresponding genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem and programmed with MATLAB.On the basis of the previous theoretical research,this article first takes the transit period into consideration,in order to reflect the importance of time,the time as the inherent attributes of traffic,giving traffic flow a new definition,taking full account of the freight transit period,which is a further extension of the cargo train marshalling plan,with a little theoretical and practical significance,providing a reference solution for the relevant issues.
