Research On The Conceptual Design Of Intelligent Horticultural Tractors Based On Human-machine-Environment

With the continuous development of agricultural modernization and diversification,horticultural tractors have become the indispensable machine for agricultural production in China.The traditional tractors are unattractive in shape,inhumane in operation,that have resulted in uncoordinating man-machine-environment,which can not meet the needs of current users.In the future,the beautiful,humanized and intelligent horticultural tractors have gradually become the trend of market competition.Based on the theory of humanization and ergonomics,and combined the user's physiological and psychological needs,this article will design a horticultural tractor which have good sharpe,beautiful color and good Ergonomics.The main research content is summarized as follows:Firstly,Based on the research status of tractor sharpe,Ergonomics and intelligent driving at home and abroad,we can conclude the deficiencies of tractor sharpe and the design of Ergonomics.Then proposing the development trends and research directions of intelligent horticultural tractors.Conducting the theory of humanizations and ergonomics in the design of intelligent horticultural tractors.Analyzing the significance of humanized design and summarizing the content of humanizations and ergonomics in the design of horticultural tractors,that become the theoretical basis for conceptual design.Secondly,According to the research on the market,users,environment and technology for horticultural tractors,we are proposing the design requirements and design positioning.Based on the analysis of market status,major brands of horticultural tractors,summarizing the development trends of the current tractors and problems in brand.Then conducting a questionnaire survey on tractor users in terms of price,shape,brand,function and comfort.Concluding the major needs of users in northern China.Analyzing the new materials,technologies,environmental factors and design trends in horticultural tractors.Combining with the above research,the design orientation of our country's garden tractor was put forward.Then analyzing the shape,color,and Ergonomic in design positioning.Then,Based on the relevant theories of ergonomics,we proposing the design information display devices and workspace for intelligent garden tractors.It mainly analyzed the design principles and ergonomics for information display devices,summarized the research content of intelligent garden tractor information display devices,analyzed the ergonomics of dashboard design,and proposed the intelligent dashboard and signal lamp design scheme.Then summarized the principles and ergonomics of the workspace design,as the reference for specific practice.Finally,Summarizing the principles and methods of the morphological design,which is the foundation for intelligent garden tractor.Creative sketches are designed by brainstorming and bionics and then analyzed the good schemes.Making three-dimensional modeling and rendering by Rhino and Key shot.Evaluating the design through aesthetic principles.According to the color design of domestic and foreign tractors,summarizing the current status and development trend to the color design of the tractors,analyzing the factors affecting the color design of the horticultural tractors,proposing different color design schemes of the intelligent horticultural tractors.Then evaluating the color schemes by using the semantic difference method to determine the final color.And giving the specific RGB standard color value,which is convenient for enterprise's color brand management.
