Under the trend of economic globalization and 2025 manufacturing in China,the traditional agricultural machinery field is facing the challenge from mechanization to intellectualization and automation.The major tractor factories in China should not only meet the needs of the domestic market,but also export large quantities of domestic horticultural tractors to overseas countries,such as the Yellow Sea Jinma.At present,the horticultural tractors in the market only carry the rear power output device,and the operation function is relatively simple and inefficient.In view of the above problems,we need to develop a front power output device which can be mounted on horticultural tractors.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)first,it introduces the realistic background of horticultural tractors as well as the research of scholars and enterprises both at home and abroad,and reveals the necessity of studying the diversified horticultural tractors.By consulting the data,we first put forward the plan for the layout of the front power output device,then according to the design requirements and the whole machine platform,then carry out the calculation of the transmission ratio,the design of the key components and the theory check.Besides,there are some components in the system.Finally,the whole base of the power output device is made.Three dimensional design of 554 horticultural tractors in the Yellow Sea Jinma.2)study the natural frequency of horticultural drag and engine speed frequency,through the ABAQUS software to the whole pre power output device modal analysis,and compared with the previous theoretical frequency.Next,the whole transmission system is simulated by ROMAX software,and the mechanical characteristics of the shaft and the life of the bearing are checked.Then the fatigue simulation is carried out on the shell based on FEA.3)in order to verify the reliability of the designed device,the designed device was tested first,and then the transmission efficiency test bench was built based on the existing platform,in which the mechanical parts of the test platform included three phase AC asynchronous motor,the front power output device and the fixed device,and the test part mainly was the speed sensor.Torque sensor,data acquisition system,power supply system and so on.And the test acquisition program is designed based on Labview,which can collect data such as speed and torque in real time,analyze data online and process data.4)after the completion of the test platform and the design of the measurement and control system,the test data of the transmission efficiency is collected and the load is fixed under the 300,350,400,450 four speeds,and the output speed and torque under the one and the two gear conditions are measured,and the speed and torque under the two operating conditions are collected for the 400 different load conditions,and the speed and torque are collected through the two operating conditions.The transmission efficiency of the two conditions is calculated by the theoretical formula,and the lowest transmission efficiency is 83.54%,the highest is 90.24%.The transmission efficiency of the former power output device is good and the reliability is high.
