Research On Humanized Interior Design Of Fine Decorated Housing

Real estate industry has gained a rapid growth and has been well developed compared to original during recent years.Houses with fine decoration delivery become a trend with the development of real estate industry and the high requirement of people.But the contradictions between quantity and quality occur accompany with the fast turnover real estate development.Many real estate companies regard fine decorated houses as “semi-finished house + decoration”.However,fine decorated houses without the consideration of interior space and function and lack of humanized design will become meaningless.In the essay,the importance of humanized design is proposed based on the research of the factors that influence the humanized design of fine decorated house.The more detailed research of humanized design of interior design may promote the modernized development of national real estate,improve the interior space quality and upgrade the people's resident level.Based on the systematic analysis of interior design of fine decorated house,the humanized design of fine decorated house can be implemented by interior space humanization,material selection humanization,lighting design humanization and etc.I through the literature research method,the investigation research method,the induction analysis method,and other aspects of the human nature design of house decoration.The countermeasures of humanized design of perfect house decoration are put forward,which is conducive to the healthy development of China's house decoration industry and the improvement of people's quality of life.Form design reference standard,have certain guiding function to whole industry.
