Old Villa Interior Decoration Design Research

The object of study in this article,is the old villa at No.1lane9hengyang road In Shanghai.The architecture interior decoration of this old villa is been studied and implemented in this article, through the theoretical basis for interior design,and the research on the old building interior renovation and decoration transformation, to recycle the old building without dismantling. This article emphasis on old building sustainable use of interior space and according to the old house decorated for the original design of the new space transformation.This recycling project of the old villa has modern design and environmentally friendly decorative materials, and emphasis on the use of new space capabilities and overall style of the shape.It makes the combination of science and art, unity of the old and new architectural styles,and creates the Indoor environment that good for physical and mental health of people.The old villa in this article used to be the private residence.It’s at No.1lane9hengyang road In Shanghai,where be in the passage of the two areas of economic prosperity in Shanghai. It’s at the south of fashionable shopping street Huaihai Road,and the north of the Business Center Xuhui District. It’s the most famous entertainment street in Shanghai. For historical and cultural value of the old house,we must keep the original style of decoration as much as possible in the transformation process. And we should strengthen the modern interior design conception and the creation of Interior style and ambience. We need to focus on the environment as a whole, and cultural characteristics,to consider Buildings, and many other features, also to interpersonal activities as the core, human services. it is the cornerstone of the social function of interior design. After transformation, the interior and the original building overall environment in harmony, at the same time to meet the new requirements, it maximizes the retention of the original building style.It makes that people living in the new decorative environment, it can also feel the old house with original features, to achieve the expression of its historical and cultural context and heritage.The design of reconstruction should respect history and culture, in harmony with nature under the premise of considering how to re-use these valuable buildings, old buildings demolished to reduce waste and to create a more comfortable living and working environment.
