Construction Waste Stabilized Gravel Base In Water Reuse Technology Research

With the rapid development of urbanization in our country,the construction scale expands unceasingly,a large number of construction waste stream.At the same time,the traffic infrastructure construction scale is expanding further,in highway engineering construction water often use the materials such as gravel at the grass-roots level,but there is a natural resource prices skyrocketing,over-exploitation of natural resources,is not conducive to environmental protection and the sustainable development of engineering construction,etc.As a result,it will be composed of gravel or can be processed into gravel used in construction waste in the construction of highway engineering in accordance with the current actual.Through this study research construction waste crushing methods at home and abroad,crushing machine and regeneration aggregate recycling process,determine suitable for highway engineering construction waste regeneration process;Ratio through the indoor experiment including raw materials,recycled aggregates used in highway engineering is put forward the characteristic parameters of water stabilized gravel base suggestion value,including the particle composition,maximum particle size and apparent density,water absorption and crushed value and needle flake particle concentration;Of nanjing area has been built through mixture ratio design and engineering and construction engineering water ratio of stabilized macadam base for research and choose the cement dosage of 4%,4%,4.5%,water recycled aggregates stabilized macadam and natural aggregate water stabilized gravel road performance test with technology(compressive strength,drying shrinkage,etc.),concluded that the cement dosage of 4.5% recycled aggregates filling water stabilized macadam base can be used for secondary roads.Summarized the nanjing area regeneration aggregate plant mixing method on the base of the cement stable macadam mixture construction technique and quality control method.This research can alleviate environment of the problems of construction waste accumulation,can effectively reduce the project cost,with good social and economic benefits and popularizing value.
