With the rapid development of society and economy,the amount of domestic waste has increased year by year.Waste incineration is the main disposal method to realize the harmless reduction and recycling of household waste at present.The fly ash produced by waste incineration contains a certain quantity of toxic and harmful substances and heavy metals.Curing the landfill is the main way to deal with the fly ash,which not only takes up a large amount of land resources,but also brings great potential dangers to human health and the environment.Difficulties in disposal of waste incineration fly ash and waste incineration fly ash harmless resource utilization problem has become the current environmental problems to be solved.Based on the present situation,this paper will use of waste incineration fly ash to the cement stabilized macadam base,and achieve the comprehensive disposal of incineration fly ash harmless and resource utilization.The paper takes the fly ash from Chongqing Tongxing waste incineration plant as the research object and analyzes the engineering characteristics of the fly ash,and the fly ash was mixed into cement mortar,then test fly ash mixed with cement-tabilized macadam mixture,the fly ash content of 4% cement-stabilized macadam mixture pavement performance were studied.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of engineering characteristics of fly ash,fly ash easy absorption of moisture in the air consolidation,the particle size distribution between0-0.6 mm.It’s density is larger than the coal ash,and it contain soluble salt,the plastic limit index of 19.76,so it belongs to high liquid limit organic matter clay.(2)Through the cement mortar test,analysis of the fly ash replacement alternative cement and fine aggregate impact on the performance of the mortar.Cement mortar was prepared by using fly ash instead of cement.With the increase of fly ash addition,the strength of cement mortar decrease gradually,fly ash will affect the performance of cement.Cement mortar was prepared by using fly ash instead of fine aggregate,cement mortar strength improved obviously.The study of using fly ash to replace fine aggregate has achieved ideal results.(3)The fly ash was added into the cement-stabilized macadam mixture.With the increase of the fly ash content,the optimal water content of the mixture gradually increased,and the maximum dry density gradually decreased.Through the compaction test and 7d unconfined compression strength test,the recommended fly ash content was 4%.(4)Road performance tests were carried out on cement-stabilized macadam mixture with fly ash content of 0% and fly ash content of 4%.Through the study of fly ash on the mixture’s unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength water stability,dry shrinkage wet expansion performance and frost resistance,the results show that the cement-stabilized macadam with 4% fly ash content can meet the requirements of the specification.In this paper,the influence of waste incineration fly ash on the performance of cement-stabilized macadam mixture was studied.The road performance of the cement-stabilized macadam mixture prepared in the experiment can meet the requirements of relevant specifications,and it can be applied to the base course,which has considerable economic and social benefits.
