With the accelerating urbanization process,high-voltage cables are becoming more and more popular in China,and gradually replacing overhead wires has become the first choice for urban power grids.At present,most of the domestic backbone cables are tested by manual on-site inspection,but it is difficult to guarantee the quality of cable maintenance due to the long inspection period.Remote monitoring by establishing a high-voltage cable online monitoring system is an effective means to solve this problem.The high-voltage cable monitoring system usually consists of the acquisition device and the host computer monitoring software.After comparing the various monitoring methods,the grounding current and temperature are selected as the main monitoring amount.The function of the acquisition equipment is to obtain the monitoring data;the monitoring software of the upper computer is the goal to be designed and implemented in this paper.The function is to display and process the monitoring data collected by the collection equipment to warn of the occurrence of high-voltage cable accidents.In the development of this software,the first is to analyze the requirements,and complete the overall design on this basis;then carry out detailed design,based on the in-depth study of the monitoring software system components,the module is divided into two parts,the software is divided into human-computer interaction module,communication module,data processing module and database module four parts.Most of the high-voltage cable PC monitoring software is developed by LabView.Although the development cycle is short,the interface is simple and the function is single,which is not ideal as a product.The software selected QT framework for development,through QT's unique designer mode and QWT drawing plug-in,built a professional monitoring software interface,able to display real-time monitoring data and historical monitoring data with a highly visual graphical interface.The software is also very functional.Taking the communication function as an example,it has two communication modes: serial port and TCP network.It can flexibly configure the industrial bus network or industrial IoT mode,which is convenient for the operation and management of operation and maintenance personnel.After testing and trial operation,the software modules function normally,the performance is stable,meet the software design requirements,and achieve the user's desired goals.The software plays an important role in solving the online monitoring of the operating state of high-voltage cables,reducing the work intensity of operation and maintenance personnel,and improving the intelligence of power grid operation and maintenance,and has strong practical value.
