With the continuing development of society,People’s requirement for supplying power stability and preventing electricity larceny is continuously increasing.The security of electricity cannot be ignored.High voltage switch cabinet plays an important role in enterprise power supply system.Its operational reliability decides the safety of the use of electricity.In the long-term operation process of the High voltage switch cabinet,the components,such as the high voltage bus and transformer are easy to be oxidation,aging and external environment,which will lead to the increase of resistance and heat.Since the switch cabinet is a closed space,quantity of heat is not easy to disperse.A sharp rise in temperature can lead to equipment failure,fire or large scale of power outage.In the meantime,some areas often struck by the low temperature and cold wave,the interior of the high voltage switch cabinet are easily get moisturized,and sometimes its humidity is high enough to cause a short circuit,electric breakdown and other serious accidents.In addition,in order to satisfy their own desires some lawbreakers steal or replace the transformer in the high voltage measurement cabinet,which brings inaccurate measurement and enormous economic loss to the power sector.However,nowadays we only take two methods to repair it,namely preventive maintenance and repair afterwards.The two methods are faulted in the maintenance of switch cabinet.Therefore,it is necessary for us to detect the parameters of the high voltage switch cabinet in real-time for the sake of reducing failure.In this article,through analysis of some common faults of high voltage switch cabinet,it determines the target parameters that need real-time detection,and proposes a technology based on the GPRS/GSM and wireless rf remote real-time on-line monitoring system for high voltage switchgear,completes a single chip processor as its core,designs a database-backend remote monitoring center with the use of VC++MFC framework and the idea of the database.This system mainly includes three parts:Low computer subsystems module,Low computer master module and Host computer monitoring center.Each switch gear has four Low computer subsystems module,each module detects the information form four transformers and sends it to the Low computer master module through wireless rf.Low computer master module is embedded in the switch gear panel,which detects inner temperature and humidity,the temperature of the bus.The master control module is also used to display information and parameters of the alarm,finally the information is transferred to monitoring center through GPRS.The monitoring center will collect,process,store the information of Low computer main module and complete parameter transfinite alarm at the same time.Finally the reliability of this system is verified by the field trial run.This paper studies high voltage switch cabinet remote real-time on-line monitoring system with convenient to use,high reliability,powerful scalability.the system can monitor multiple high voltage switch cabinet simultaneously,effectively improve the operational reliability of high voltage switch cabinet.
