With the rapid development of railway and especially the high-speed railway,it is becoming more and more important for monitoring the state and parameters of trains. The traditional method of recording and reading data for analysis cannot meet the demand of the current and future. The High-speed Railway Monitoring System(HRMS) is able to transfer and decode the parameters of a train and show in graphic in time. HRMS can also re-config the parameters and the program of a train, thus monitor the state of a train and locate the fault and analyze the fault immediately. As a result, HRMS will play key role in raising working efficiency.Based on the research project “the design and implement of the HRMS”, the development and present situation of HRMS are introduced in this paper, which focus on the whole design and implement of HRMS software. Firstly, based on the analysis of the project requirement, the work flow, the protocol design and the architecture are described in this paper. Then the detail implement solutions are proposed to develop the commutating module, the real-time data monitoring module, the global data monitoring module, the fault data monitoring module and other modules. Lastly, the simulation environment and the test environment are built to do function test and performance test. The result shows that the objective is achieved.At present the HRMS software has been evaluated by the user and applied in railway development, the feedback result shows that the system meets the expectant demands of the user, and the system can elevate the design efficiency obviously.
