Low Cost Landscape Design Of Urban Green Space In Maigaoqiao Nanjing

The mutual promotion of industrialization and urbanization has driven the development of cities.On the other hand,it has brought about a series of urban diseases such as environmental pollution and contradictions between people and lands.As a bright green of grey forest,urban green space plays an important role in alleviating urban diseases,improving the quality of life of citizens and improving urban image.But in old urban areas green space is often faced with a shortage of construction funds,part of the green space in urban renewal in less developed areas will be postponing construction plan,even if the construction of urban green space,set aside for the construction of the budget is limited,also exiguous how old a piece of citizens in the old town construction of garden green land is valuable.This paper applies literature review,practice feedback,field investigation and philosophical speculation.Through the analysis of the concept of low cost design of urban green space,it is clear that the low cost design of urban green space is the pressure to face urban green space construction and maintenance management funds,and from the perspective of functional practicability,based on the urgent needs of users,the urban green space with lower urban green space construction and maintenance management cost is explored in the urban green space design,and the ecological efficiency,social benefit and aesthetic benefit of urban green space are built.By studying green design,sustainable development theory,environmental behavior theory,value engineering theory and post occupancy evaluation,this paper explores the value orientation,research content and research method of urban green space low cost design.Facing of the pressure of urban green space construction,project units have proposed a plan to build green,systems green and functional,to serve the people.The author's team put forward and explored the need for human-oriented coordination,emphasizing the function and practical design,controlling the proportion of soft and hard scenes,maximizing the soft landscape,efficient utilization of the site resources,selecting the practical landscape materials and integrating the building elements,and creating a low-maintenance urban green space low-cost design strategy.Through the field survey of the park green space,protective green space and attached green space in Maigaoqiao,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the low cost design of the green space and the new subsidiary green space in the district of Maigaoqiao from the perspective of urban green space layout,landscaping,hard pavement and landscape sketch.On this basis,the author analyzes the reasons behind the existing problems from the aspects of construction guidance,design,construction,conservation management and the public,and puts forward some suggestions for the design of low cost in urban green space in the Maigaoqiao area in the future.In view of the urban green space construction in the reconstruction of the Maigaoqiao,this paper aims to meet the urgent needs of the public,especially the people around the special site,and explore the urban green space with higher comprehensive benefit output with the construction of the lower urban green space.Against the construction of urban green space limited budget and the problem of resources waste,guidance levels put forward to broaden the financing channels,explore new patterns and build green green space layout is balanced,the pursuit of natural ecological method is suggested.Designers are advised to try a variety of functional composites,use site space and enhance the awareness of cost control to create a humanized space.The construction units are advised to design a serious construction organization,effectively manage the construction costs and strengthen the supervision and management of construction.The maintenance departments are recommended to attach importance to maintenance management,introduce professional technical talents and create value supply and maintenance,and encourage public participation in management.The public are advised to participate actively in the low cost design of the urban green area.All proposals are intended to guide the construction of the city green space in the future.
