Study On The Aging Design Of Community Activity Center In Changchun

With the increasing of the aged population,the aging problem is becoming more and more serious.In this environment,improving the quality of life of the elderly has become a new research topic.However,the current situation in our country is to solve the problem of the elderly living in the spirit of the level of care is not enough,the elderly problem is also a social problem,urgent need to be resolved.This study is based on the background of population aging,taking the community activity center as the research object,which is located in the community of Changchun.Through the investigation of typical community center Changchun City,awareness and suggestions to the community center in the older age groups,analysis of the use of older people in the community activity center as well as the basic needs of the elderly;on the basis of appropriate aging problem as a main research and development trend of the Changchun City Community center,from the physiological characteristics of the elderly,the psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics,analyze its influencing factors,put forward the community center proper aging principle and optimum aging design method,finally through the East Lake Community Center for aging transformation practice,put forward the problems to be solved and suggestions.The first chapter is the introduction,introduces the research background and related concepts,research framework;the second chapter is the research on the development status of Changchun community center,and mainly introduces the aging trend of the historical process of Changchun City,community center development,Changchun community activity center functions and other parts;the third chapter is the analysis of the factors the basic research and its impact on the Changchun city community center,in the basic situation of the research is mainly divided into two parts,respectively is the new city and the old city,the new city was Changchun economic development zone and high-tech zones,the Old City Luyuan district and Chaoyang District.In order to comprehensive analysis of the current problems of effective Changchun community activity center as well as the elderly demand and usage;the fourth chapter is the Changchun community center proper aging design method and practice,analyzed according to the investigation of the current situation,put forward the corresponding design method;design and practice,to solve the problem through the practice of design.Finally,this paper summarizes the research results of the typical community activity center in Changchun,and puts forward the prospect to contribute to the development of the cause of the elderly in china.
