Research On Passive Green Reform Strategy Of Pension Facilities In Middle Of Henan Province

In 1999,China officially entered an aging society,the trend of aging population is aggravating and on the coexistence of various phenomena such as aging population,disability,empty nesters and low fertility.In 1996,China has promulgated the first law on the aged people-"The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly",marking the government has attention to aging problem of our country.Under the support of national policies,a large number of projects of nursing homes were built or rebuilt have sprung up like mushrooms.Nowadays green technology has reached a high level in the construction of buildings.Old nursing homes for the aged can no longer meet the needs of the elderly who have improved living standards and economic wealth.The green transformation of old nursing homes is an inevitable trend of social development.In order to solve the problem of excessive energy consumption and indoor comfort level of old nursing homes,the author summarizes the research on the climate and topographic conditions in the middle of Henan Province and the current status of existing nursing homes for the aged in Henan,combined with the transition zone in the cold area and the hot summer and cold winter zone in the middle of Henan Province,and concludes that existing problems of site environment,indoor light environment,indoor thermal environment and other issues on nursing homes for the aged in the middle of Henan Province,and through the field research and questionnaire survey statistics to summarizes the living needs of the aged.According to the investigation and summary of the existing problems of existing old age buildings,Air-park,Ecotect,Rshino and other analysis software were used to analyze and optimize the indoor and outdoor environment suitable for the elderly,and the passive green reform strategy that suitable for existing nursing homes in Yuzhong area was proposed.and take the elderly apartment in Zhengzhou Guangda Ou'an Lianyang Health Center as an example,using the passive green reform strategy of nursing homes to transform this building.The energy saving calculation results show that the nursing home after the passive green reform strategy is adopted after transformation.This building has significant improvement in the thermal functionality of this building than the pre-reformed old-age building,indicating that the passive green technologies obtained from the analysis are suitable for the transformation of existing nursing homes for the aged.
