A Tentative Probe Into Building Technology Of Green Houses In Putaojia Township, Lankao County, Henan Province

Because of the low degree of the market and residents cultural level, many problems are found in countrie construction and development of industrialization and resident environment. Lack to know country construction with accuracy, many problems that have already appeared in city construction come forth again: Regardless of local resources, weather, economic conditions and pursuing "modern" blindly led to the country visage more and more monotonous and lacking special features. The high energy consume mode destroyed ecosystem severely, but on the opposition the living quantity descends materiality.In March 2006, Mr. Xie Yingjun, president of atelier-3 from Taiwan will expand his construction activities of green country houses to Putaojia Township, Lankao county ,Henan Province. The textual writing purpose is to provide a technique support to building design and construction for green houses. It tries to discuss technical application in house design through rational thought, avoid the blindness and the aestheticism tendency in technique application caused by architects'personal interests. The paper first puts forward the technique application principle of green houses in Putaojia Township: Low price principle,open and feasible technique principle, passive and nature regulate principle,which based on external conditions such as local weather, resources, living condition, economic level...etc. Combining with theories about vernacular architecture and directed by methodology of agrestic technique, The paper makes some choices of green building technology which are feasible for local use and makes a strategy for technical application. It integrates a technique system from above-mentioned contents for green house in Putaojia Township and carry on a initial evaluation to the system finally.The paper concludes six chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the background, purpose, meaning and methods to study; Chapter 2 introduces the general situation in Putaojia Township and the base condition for developing green buildings; Chapter 3 introduces application the principle of the technique application for Putaojia Township; Chapter 4 introduces existing theory and technology that can draw lessons for Putaojia Township; Chapter 5 introduces a green building technology system for Putaojia Township, analyzes the construction cost of the green building and green feathers in building technique ; Chapter 6 is the end that makes clear the point and thesis which demands to continue studying.
