Study On Micro-renewal Of Shed Relocation Community In Fengtai District Of Beijing

Incorporating the resettlement community of shantytowns into the research field of micro-renewal is an extension of the current research on micro-renewal of old communities in full swing in China,and also a protection of the hard-won and tremendous achievements of the reconstruction project of shantytowns,the government’s largest livelihood project.Because a considerable part of the resettlement communities of the shelter reform projects in China have the phenomenon of emphasizing relocation rather than community reconstruction;emphasizing the balance of funds rather than benefit synthesis;emphasizing rigid design standards and implementing the quality of human settlements environment,which leads to the unsatisfactory living conditions of the resettlement community residents in the new community,thus affecting the comprehensive benefits of the livelihood projects vigorously promoted by the government.In addition,in recent years,the micro-renewal method has achieved great success in the transformation of old communities or historical and cultural blocks.At the same time,micro-renewal has accumulated a lot of successful experience in stimulating the vitality of community public space,promoting neighbourhood exchanges,community identity,public participation and so on.Therefore,the author intends to sort out the successful cases of micro-renewal of old communities in China,analyze and summarize a set of operable strategies for micro-renewal of communities,and apply them to the study of improving the quality of human settlements environment in the resettlement community of Fengtai District in Beijing,with a view to exploring a set of feasible strategies for improving the quality of human settlements in the resettlement community of Beijing’s large-scale greenhouse transformation.Operable update strategy and planning design method.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the background,purpose and significance of this study,briefly combs the characteristics of current relevant research results,defines the research object,scope and important concepts of this study,and puts forward the research methods and research framework to be adopted.Chapter 2 systematically combs the theoretical and practical foundations of the research,and builds a solid foundation for the follow-up research.The third chapter is a systematic investigation of the present situation of the construction of the resettlement community in Fengtai District,and a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the construction of the resettlement community in Fengtai District.Chapter IV is to select the excellent cases of micro-renewal and shelter rehabilitation and resettlement communities in China,analyze their successful experience and space design methods,and then summarize the micro-renewal strategies which have universal guiding significance for shelter rehabilitation and resettlement communities.Chapter 5 is an empirical study.Chapter 4 community micro-renewal strategy is specifically applied to the micro-renewal of Nanting New Garden,the first resettlement community in Fengtai Shelter Renovation,to explore the strategy of micro-renewal of the resettlement community and the design method of external space.Chapter 6 is a summary of the whole paper.Firstly,it gives a clear academic point of view and summary on the issues studied in this paper.Secondly,it explains the shortcomings of the research conclusions due to various reasons.Finally,it points out the direction of future research.
