BIM—Building Information Modeling technology has a far-reaching impact on the construction industry,especially for the life-cycle management(design,construction,operation and maintenance)of modern large hospitals,and has an irreplaceable role.Broad application prospects.The advantage of BIM technology is that its tools,methods,concepts and modern information technology run through all stages of the project life cycle,and the application of different stages has produced enormous technical,management and economic effects.From the perspective of the whole life cycle of large hospital buildings,the development and application of BIM technology as integrated operation and maintenance and safety management in the operation and maintenance phase of the hospital will greatly improve the management efficiency of hospital operation,and combine the positioning and perception of the Internet of Things.Technologies such as identification and identification make full use of the technical advantages of BIM+ in the operation of modern hospitals,thus realizing the innovative management mode of information integration and management intelligence of hospital operation management safety,high efficiency,energy saving,optimization space.Modern large-scale hospitals are increasingly being constrained by traditional management models for their large-scale construction space,MEP(mechatronics equipment,electrical appliances,pipelines),integrated safety,energy consumption and other professional management methods.How to apply information technology to solve the traditional professional division and inefficiency brought about by the management method have become an urgent problem to be solved.With a review of BIM in the research and application status at home and abroad,this paper focuses on application of BIM in the operation of modern hospital buildings,using several research methods,such as literature research method,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and case study method.This paper analyses the characteristics and problems of current hospital building operation from the perspective of hospital building operation and maintenance managers,Facing the overall operation and maintenance management of hospital buildings,this paper investigates and analyses the needs of all parties in BIM building operation and maintenance system construction.Based on this,this paper studies the innovative management architecture and application mode of BIM technology and related IOT technology in the comprehensive operation and maintenance management of modern large-scale hospitals,and provides a BIM+IOT technology architecture to build an intelligent visual integrated operation and maintenance management system.The case reference,in order to realize the management upgrade and comprehensive benefits of modern hospitals,has practical significance and case reference value.
