| With the continuous updating and iteration of digital software tools in architectural design,the change of architectural aesthetics and the continuous improvement of construction technology,architectural modeling has gradually got rid of the shackles of traditional European geometry in architectural form,and relatively complex design forms have appeared more and more.In the public view,the surface is an important architectural modeling language and is widely used by architects in architectural design and construction.Due to the complex geometric nature of the building surface,many problems such as non-standard components,installation positioning and construction cost generated by the surface construction need to be optimized.The triangular planar grid element is one of the most common grid types in architectural surfaces.If the uniform division of the triangular grid elements can be achieved,the number of types of curved panel units and the modulus of the template can be greatly reduced,thereby saving The construction and management cost of the surface has strong economic value.Since the degree of homogenization of the curved element is most affected by the architectural design stage,the architect is required to have higher requirements.In the process of designing,it is necessary to fully consider and understand all the links in the construction process,and actively construct the curved surface.The degree of standardization of the units required for the construction process is somewhat controlled.Therefore,the development of a triangular mesh homogenization algorithm for architects is of great significance for the industrialization of buildings.This research is based on the development of free-form surface architecture,triangular mesh,architectural geometry,and industrialization of building.First of all,research,summary and combing of relevant literature at home and abroad.Based on the Rhinoceros and Grasshopper platform,a uniformization algorithm for triangular mesh unit partitioning is proposed.Then the algorithm was experimented with different types of surfaces,and the ideal results were obtained.Finally,three actual cases were simulated by using the algorithm.This study provides an intuitive and detailed homogenization algorithm for the realization of surface triangle mesh unit division,and designs a surface triangle mesh homogenization program with seven tool modules,which is convenient for architects to use directly.It enables the architect to participate extensively in the process of actually constructing the surface mesh optimization surface,improve the architect’s right to speak and control,and bring a reasonable and beautiful architectural form.It is hoped that through the proposal of the grid homogenization strategy,the free-form surface building will be guided in the actual construction process,improve the control of the surface construction and promote the advancement of the surface construction industrialization. |
